A die-hard fan of McDonald’s and Taco Bell, she recommends eating chocolate, fast food and lasagna, and drinking Coca-Cola, she revealed in her book, Confessions of an Heiress. Although this eating plan may sound off the wall, don’t lose faith just yet! The bleached blonde fashionista also encourages readers to eat plenty of sushi, which is packed with antioxidant-rich veggies, seaweed and heart-healthy fish.
She also enjoys cooking meals at home, which can save both money and calories. Paris recommends staying away from diet sodas and artificial sweeteners, and says to drink the real version instead. Although drinking Coca-Cola may not seem like a diet tip that doctors would stand behind, the svelte diva is right in cautioning her audience to be wary of diet foods. Just because a food has “diet” in the name doesn’t mean that you should be eating it.
The heiress also believes that life is too short to deprive yourself of the foods you really love.
